Important Notes
Availability
Subject to availability & to be confirmed by theater management; 1 to 2 weeks’ notice required.
Rental Times
Rental times are pre-determined and limited due to business operations & staffing; we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to start time. For buy-out options during business hours please contact theater management.
Movie Selection
Subject to availability, this is a request only. In most cases, the movie selection will be available the Tuesday prior to your rental. Management will contact you to find out your selection at that time. Our bookings are confirmed one week at a time. Films cannot be guaranteed or confirmed in advance of theater management receiving the public showtimes and films for your party day. Films are subject to come and go with little notice; therefore, management can make no guarantee prior to confirming your film selection. Parties may also bring a DVD/Blu-ray if preferred. Certain concert features or films longer than 3 hours may not be available. No refunds will be granted due to changes in film availability.
Group Discounts
For non-profit organizations or groups of over 50, please speak with management for bulk sales and potential discounts.
